Course Description:
Whether or not you have ADHD, your executive function skills can be impacted by a variety of factors. Executive skills = the power to get that book written, the blog post posted, the marketing plan assembled, and all those brilliant ideas . . . need I say . . . executed! My ADHD diagnosis started me scaffolding my life to create the most productive way forward. In this class, you'll assess your own executive function weaknesses and strengths and learn how to harness your strengths to bolster weaker areas. We'll learn scaffolding to boost writing productivity long-term.
